Data Engineer 2

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in creating data pipelines and writing complex SQL queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting processes with a focus on ITSM incident management and effectively communicating with business partners to resolve various ticket levels.

Responsibilities:

• Create data pipelines and write complex SQL queries.
• Follow support processes, focusing on ITSM incident management.
• Communicate with business partners to understand and resolve P1/P2/P3/P4 tickets, and coordinate resolutions with support groups.
• Follow End-to-End Change Request Management tasks, including requirement gathering, creating and reviewing functional requirement documents, performing manual unit and integration testing of new functionality, and ensuring 100% SOX compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&rsquos degree in Engineering - BE / B.Tech.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the data integration and data warehousing domain.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in writing complex SQL scripts and stored procedures.
• Good knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
