Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Data Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in AWS-based ETL development, SQL, and data pipeline support. The ideal candidate will manage both development and production support in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with analytics, data, and cloud teams.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, automation, and processing
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines on AWS
• Practical knowledge of AWS Glue (ETL jobs, crawlers, catalog)
• Working knowledge of AWS Lambda (serverless compute)
• Experience supporting production pipelines and troubleshooting performance issues
Good to Have
• Experience with Tableau (reports, dashboards, data models)
• Exposure to LLM/GenAI technologies for automation or enrichment
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using AWS native services
• Write Python scripts and complex SQL queries for data workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot live data pipelines and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with analysts, cloud engineers, and business teams for data accuracy
• Implement best practices for data security, performance, and AWS cost efficiency
• Contribute to documentation, automation, and process improvements
• Experience with AWS cost optimization or monitoring tools

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
