Data Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data systems
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and compliance across maritime operations
• Collaborate with data scientists to enable ML models and analytical use cases
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of data infrastructure

Role Responsibilities:

• Build scalable data lakes and warehouses to ingest ship and external data
• Implement security and governance protocols (GDPR, SOC2) across pipelines
• Work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams to enable data access
• Document data lineage and improve visibility into pipeline dependencies
