Data Engineer

• Design and develop scalable backend systems.
• Optimize system performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers.

What do you need to bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Ruby on Rails)
• Advanced proficiency in backend development with either Java EE frameworks, including experience with Spring MVC, or Hibernat e.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful services, focusing on scalability and reliability, using Java .
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of database design, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with ORM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Knowledge of the payment processing industry and relevant regulations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
