Data Consultant-Data Governance

As an Entry-Level Package Consultant, you will support clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of packaged application solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint. You will apply a growth mindset to deliver business value across various functional and technical areas, assisting in analysis, design thinking, process mapping, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Implementation Support: Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting packaged application solutions to meet business requirements.
• Strategic Recommendations: Use business understanding to contribute strategic recommendations for clients and their leadership teams.
• Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Support or run workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client meetings to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Process Mapping: Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps to support solution design and improvements.
• Design Thinking Application: Use IBM's Design Thinking practices to help solve client challenges and enhance solution outcomes.
• Data Support Activities: Work with data quality tools, governance processes, and visualization platforms as part of package solution implementation.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Experience with data quality tools and data management software
• Knowledge of data management practices, including data quality and data governance
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Understanding of SQL and advanced SQL
• Ability to develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
