Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coding of software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
• Propose solutions and strategies for business challenges and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Build predictive models and implement machine-learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Troubleshoot and test database and technical issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Independently analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiency, and value.
• Perform quality assurance to detect and address potential data gaps.
• Assemble and maintain large, complex data sets meeting functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance data system functionality.
