We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at SIP Academy. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in data analysis and a strong ability to communicate insights effectively. The role requires proficiency in both English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide insights.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Prepare data for analysis and ensure data integrity across various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly in both English and Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
