Seeking a skilled Data Analyst with:

• Strong SQL expertise
• Deep understanding of data relationships and cardinality
• Ability to perform source-to-target mapping and define data transformation rules
• Capability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Experience supporting data modelers
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge, particularly related to:
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
• Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
• Health Benefits Accounts (HBA)
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
• Financial wellness benefits and services

The ideal candidate will bridge both technical and business needs effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL
