Technology, Delivery and Process:

Partner with the Product Owner to define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with the overall business strategy.
Translate customer needs and market insights into technical specifications and user stories.
Own the delivery of highly performant, tested, and scalable clean code.
Own product deployment and performance in production.
Serve as a thought partner to the Product Owner in story creation and acceptance criteria; communicate tradeoffs effectively.
Mentor and coach the technical team.
Anticipate and identify technical impediments and resolve them through architecture design and technology recommendations.
Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and technical specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.

Lead the hiring process and implement retention strategies for technology talent.

Strategic Technology Responsibility:

Identify technology-related risks and develop strategic solutions.
Work with Palantir Platform owners and product teams to deliver innovative supply chain solutions.
Define and prioritize technology initiatives that add value to the business.
Build strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders, influencing technology strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
Self-starter with leadership experience in ambiguous projects.
Ability to provide guidance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Skilled in managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Capable of converting business challenges into technical solutions.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct reporting relationships.
Experience working in global teams and matrix organizations.
Strong ownership, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in CPG/supply chain preferred.
10+ years in software development with 2+ years leading development teams.
Experience with at least one full-cycle digital technology implementation/support.
Ability to measure operations cost and manage business application portfolios.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking methodologies.
