Dance Teacher

• Plan, prepare, and deliver dance lessons in one or more styles
• Teach students proper technique, performance skills, and dance terminology.
• Choreograph routines for recitals, competitions, or school events.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive studio/classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events.
• Stay current with dance trends and teaching methods.
• Manage attendance and maintain student records as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or professional dancer.
• Proficiency in at least one dance style; versatility is a plus.
• Degree or certification in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of various ages and skill levels.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required by some institutions).
