Dairy Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Project Design, Commissioning Engineering and Execution Manufacturing/Production operation (Liquid milk plant, Fermented milk plant, Ice cream plant,

cheese plant UHT, Juice, Beverage, Dairy Process, Dryer & Evaporator) of Dairy Green field

Projects and timely completion of new and expansion work of HFL, its subsidiaries & JV

companies as per plan with high quality and low cost so as to be useful and beneficial to the

organization. Quality Assurance, System Implementation and Improvement, Production

Operation, Process Enhancement, Environment and Projects Safety.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have hands on exp in latest/smart technology adoption

Good Liasoning skills with Local/Statutory bodies and should know statutory compliances

Good exposure in TPM / Energy efficiency Standards.

Maintenance knowledge of Green Field Dairy Plants

Must have working exp in Dairy / Food/FMCG industries.
