D365 CE Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through client workshops.
• Configure and customize D365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Prepare functional design documents and support solution architecture.
• Lead UAT, training sessions, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
• Guide clients on D365 CE features and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of total experience with 2.5+ years in D365 CE Functional Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules in D365 CE.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
