Install, configure, and maintain CyberArk PAM components including the Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
Manage privileged account onboarding, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
Monitor CyberArk logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk platform performance, access, and integration.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement CyberArk across various systems and applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations related to privileged access management.
Support upgrades, patches, and CyberArk version migrations.
Provide end-user support and training on CyberArk usage and best practices.
Participate in audits and provide necessary evidence related to privileged access controls.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
3+ years of experience administering CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.
Strong knowledge of privileged access management concepts and best practices.
Experience with CyberArk components such as Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PTA.
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms including LDAP, Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Experience integrating CyberArk with various platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, network devices).
Understanding of security compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA) related to access management.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.
