Cyber Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Collaborate proactively with global cybersecurity, development, QA, and product teams.
• Share progress and successes in standup meetings to keep the team informed.
• Peer review colleagues' work, suggest improvements, and foster team growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Development & Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality development to create new features and resolve issues.
• Unit testing and creation of test steps for QA testing.
• Update process documentation, change control documentation, and other ITSM documentation.

Customer & Security Focus

• Support single sign-on and multifactor authentication setup.
• Assist in identity governance and incident support.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
