• Should have experience in Implementation & Architecture of CyberArk for all components
• Patch Upgradation on all CyberArk component servers
• CyberArk Dispatcher skills
• Responsible for licensing and entitlement management of the CyberArk environment, including growth and capacity planning
• Strong background in CyberArk administration and implementation
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM
