Cyber Ark Architect

An L1 profile focuses on the daily operational aspects of CyberArk PIM support.

• Perform day-to-day PIM (CyberArk) support operations.
• Monitor and manage the CyberArk PIM Infrastructure.
• Responsible for privileged user account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
• Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, and Databases.
• Manage or redistribute CPM policies.
• Experience with the Password Upload Utility.
• Audit accounts and work on various reports, user server login issues, and user permission issues as per requirements.
• Experience in the implementation and management of CyberArk Privileged Identity Management Solution.
• Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the following directories: Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory.
• Create and administrate new safes, accounts, and platforms in CyberArk.
• Link new platforms to CyberArk.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Administration.
• Practical experience with Database Administration.
• Backup Administration skills.
• Practical experience with Incident / Ticketing Tools like HPSM / Maximo / Remedy / Tivoli.

An L2 profile encompasses all L1 responsibilities, plus advanced skills in CyberArk i00mplementation, architecture, and project support.

• All responsibilities listed in the L1 Profile.
• CyberArk Certified Defender / CCDE certification.
• Support the project team on new administration concepts for CyberArk.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk DR Drill & setup.
• Batch-Import and PACLI skills.
• Performing version upgrades.
• Technical Documentation.
• Experience in the implementation & architecture of all CyberArk components.
• Patch Upgradation on all CyberArk component servers.
• CyberArk Dispatcher skills.
• Responsible for licensing and entitlement management of the CyberArk environment, including growth and capacity planning.
• Strong background in CyberArk administration and implementation.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM.
