Job Description:

  • Role Overview: Deliver end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) solutions across Oracle, Salesforce, or other CX platforms, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of customer-facing processes.
  • Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design CX solutions that improve customer interactions, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Implementation & Configuration: Configure CX modules, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service, based on business needs.
  • Integration: Build and manage integrations between CX platforms and other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, or analytics tools.
  • Customization & Optimization: Implement workflows, automation, forms, and connectors to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to maintain smooth CX operations.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders; provide training and knowledge transfer for sustainable CX adoption.
