Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Atlassian Cloud expertise across Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Operations (Opsgenie), Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Configure and operate governed Atlassian platforms using defined archetypes for various project types (foundation/core, internal, product delivery, external customer delivery, service management).
• Configure JSM Portal as a digital front door, including request types, workflows, and user experience optimization.
• Implement LiveChat capabilities through JSM or Genesys Cloud.
• Integrate Atlassian platforms with enterprise systems such as Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Work collaboratively with existing SMEs/Architects, following governance and security frameworks.
• Deliver hands-on ITSM tooling projects within Atlassian platforms in enterprise settings.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong communication and documentation practices.
