We are seeking a motivated CVX Executive to join our team in India. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on customer experience metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and execution of customer engagement programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM software and customer feedback platforms.
