  • Provide high-quality customer support for Cvent and American Express clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, event management support, and payment-related queries.
  • Resolve issues related to registration, payments, cancellations, and technical difficulties on the platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or internal tracking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry practices.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
