Customer Support - TMB-PCRD

We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive (CCE – Voice). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good typing speed, and should be open to working in rotational shifts. This is a permanent work-from-office role with immediate joining.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Versant 5 quality)
• Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Open to both graduates and undergraduates
• Candidates with or without prior experience can apply
• Immediate joiners only will be considered

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working with rotational week off
• 24x7 shift for male candidates
• 7 AM to 7 PM shift window for female candidates
