-Location: Bangalore Hebbal- (Work from Office)

-Experience: 1–3 Years (Below 1 Year also fine, But they should have Excellent Communication ,They should have International Voice Process Experience )

-Notice Period: Immediate joiners / Serving notice period

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Contractor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international customers, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and a drive for product-led experience.

Key Responsibilities

Work in a 24×7 international customer support environment with rotational shifts (5 days/week)

Handle customer queries and complaints via chat, phone, and offline communication channels

Demonstrate excellent English communication skills with empathy and clarity

Build a strong understanding of products and services to provide effective solutions

Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve them by following standard operating procedures

Take complete ownership of customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction

Contribute to delivering a productled, customerfirst experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- The ability to join immediately

- Willingness to work from our office in Bangalore location.

- Must have experience in driving product-led experiences.
