Customer Support Representative (Voice/Collections)

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for an international process, specializing in Voice and Collections. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international collections, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a readiness to engage with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international process, focusing on collections.
• Manage both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) collection efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer support while effectively resolving collection-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and service standards.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of international experience is required, specifically in collections (B2B, B2C) and voice process.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Joining: We are looking for immediate joiners only.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹53,000 in-hand (equivalent to ₹7 LPA).
• Work Schedule: 5 days working, with US/UAE shifts.
• Transport: Both-side cabs are provided.
