Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Continuously improve through feedback, training, and self-development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
