- We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
