Job Description

  • We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
