Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive service and spare parts revenue in assigned service network.
  • Monitor and support performance of 7 to 8 workshops (dealerships/TASS) in the state and manage 15 to 20 key accounts (State Transport Undertakings).
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor service staff to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize data and analytical tools to identify revenue and service improvement opportunities.
