Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience Required:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support)
Salary (CTC):
3 LPA – 5 LPA (Based on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in handling international customers over voice calls
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Customer support, CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Work with team members to improve customer experience
