Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience Required:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support)

Salary (CTC):

3 LPA – 5 LPA (Based on experience)

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in handling international customers over voice calls
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of Customer support, CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide product/service information to customers
  • Work with team members to improve customer experience
