Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer service, providing support to a diverse clientele across various time zones. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through voice interactions with international clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
