Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer service, providing support to a diverse clientele across various time zones. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service through voice interactions with international clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations and resolutions.
