Responsibilities : Able to resolve customer issues or queries quickly and effectively through various support channels.

Able to provide support to both prospective and existing customers by answering customer questions through in-person, phone, email or chat mediums, including social media interactions.

Representatives may also provide information to customers about where they can find self-support materials. Here are a few examples of common customer service tasks:
