Night Shifts Only

• Will handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally
• Interact with US healthcare stakeholders (patients, providers, insurance companies)
• Collect, verify, and update patient and insurance information
• Assist with appointment details, claim status, authorizations, and eligibility checks
• Document call details accurately in internal systems
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Resolve queries within defined TAT and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
