Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat support for international customers
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Adhere to process workflows and quality standards
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills, especially verbal
- Clear pronunciation with a neutral or global accent preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate systems
- Open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
