Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain professionalism and call quality
Follow company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
