Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries and concerns for international clients.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently via voice or chat support.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduation (Any stream)
  • Experience:
  • Fresher: Welcome to apply
  • Experienced: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (Customer Support)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on quality support.:

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
  • Work Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
