1. Process: Expedia (Voice Process)

Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel services
  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and queries
  • Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in domestic or international voice process
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹32,000 per month
  • In-hand: Approx. ₹27,000

2. Process: Etihad (Non-Voice / Semi-Voice Process)

Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Email/Semi-Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, or semi-voice channels
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks
  • Ensure excellent written and verbal communication

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in chat, email, or semi-voice process (domestic/international)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹30,000 per month
  • In-hand: Approx. ₹25,000
