Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for multiple processes, including Banking (High Priority) and E-commerce (Myntra Process). Candidates should have good communication skills and be ready for immediate joining.

Open Positions & Salary Details:

1. Experienced Role

• CTC: ₹28,000
• Take Home: ₹22,700
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Language: English + Hindi (Mandatory)
• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

2. Fresher Role

• CTC: ₹25,000
• Take Home: ₹20,000
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Language: English + Hindi (Mandatory)
• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

3. Regional Language Process

• CTC: ₹20,000
• Take Home: ₹16,000
• Additional Benefits:Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (paid quarterly)
• Malayalam Language Allowance: ₹1,800
• Languages Required (Any One): Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Konkani
• Versant Level: Minimum Level 4
• Eligibility: Freshers can apply

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
• Male Candidates: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9-hour shift)

Working Days:

• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Week Off
