Job Opening – US-Based Soft Collection Process (Voice Process)
We're hiring for a US credit card soft collection process – check out the details below:
Shift: 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (9hrs rotational, 1-hr break)
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational offs)
Experience: HSC/Graduate – Freshers & Experienced (BPO & Non-BPO) welcome
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 in-hand
Incentives: ₹2,000 (Performance) + ₹1,000 (Attendance)
Age Limit: Up to 39 years
Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US customers regarding pending credit card payments
Politely remind customers about due / overdue balances
Understand customer financial situations and provide payment options / plans
Negotiate repayment schedules as per company policy (soft collections – no harassment)
Update customer details and call outcomes in the system (CRM/MIS)
Maintain proper call quality, empathy & professional communication
Follow compliance guidelines (US collection rules & call scripts)
Achieve daily targets:
Calls handled
Promises to Pay (PTP)
Collection amount
Coordinate with supervisors for escalations & special cases
Ensure data confidentiality and documentation accuracy
Process: US-based 1st party soft collection (credit card)

Ops Round (Final)
