Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Voice Process team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and ready to provide exceptional customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support through a voice process.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Marathi to assist a diverse range of customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality and achieve business objectives.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any graduate, including freshers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi are mandatory.
  • Work Schedule: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
  • Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO).
