Customer Support Executive

This role is for a Customer Support Executive with a strong background in the automobile service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving issues with expertise, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues promptly with empathy and expertise.
• Maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score) through effective communication and service.
• Apply knowledge of automobile service, specifically as a Service Advisor or ITI Mechanic, to assist customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobile service and mechanics.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or a background as an ITI Motor Mechanic.
• Strong skills in managing customer queries and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
