Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to promptly respond to customer inquiries and engage with them to understand their needs. You'll be responsible for aligning customers with suitable courses and instructors, facilitating teacher interaction, and assisting with the registration process. This role requires strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi, along with effective communication skills to ensure a seamless learning experience and facilitate renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement & Alignment: Engage with customers to understand their needs and align them with suitable courses and instructors.
  • Facilitation & Coordination: Facilitate teacher interaction and coordination, ensuring a seamless learning experience for customers.
  • Registration & Booking Support: Assist customers throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
  • Satisfaction & Renewals: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and facilitate renewals.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, collaborate with the management team, and successfully close bookings.
  • Prior experience in online education, especially in creative and performing arts, is a valuable asset.
