Job Description

We are actively seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for providing prompt and effective responses via email, live chat, and web-based platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM, specializing in digital support channels, ensuring timely follow-ups, and expertly identifying customer issues.
