We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly.

International voice process experience

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions.

Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
