Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for a banking process. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat
