Job Role:

• Handle customer queries related to banking & collections
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of BPO Voice experience
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 3.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA
• Cab Facility: 2-way transportation provided

Work Details:

• Process: Banking & Collections (Voice)
• Shift: Rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
