Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support & Operation Professional to coordinate with clients and team members, solve queries, and handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for updating clients on shoot details, selling shoot packages, and tele-calling. This role requires a positive, hardworking, and punctual individual with good communication skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate with clients and team members to solve queries and issues over application calls. Update clients on shoots and other details, and communicate with them and the team via email to resolve issues.
  • Call Handling & Sales: Handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for tele-calling and selling shoot packages to clients on the company's application.
  • Lead Management: Work with leads provided by the company to generate sales.

Skills Required

  • A positive, hardworking, and punctual individual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
