Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
