We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
