Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products/services
- Onboard new customers and provide training and support
- Act as the customers advocate, resolving issues and recommending solutions
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (eg, CRM software)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
