Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers across North America.
- Sales Enablement: Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in high-potential accounts.
- Lead Management: Maximize Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Market Research: Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify potential account expansion opportunities.
- Solution Collaboration: Work with internal experts to enhance customer experience with solutions like Adobe Sign, Stock, and Creative Cloud.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with subscription challenges and provide value-driven guidance on Adobe solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven track record in managing a large set of SMB customers.
- Experience in international sales, preferably in North America.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones.
- Passion for technology and proactive, task-focused learning.
