Job Description
Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for SMB customers, driving adoption and value from Adobe's Digital Media solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adobe products in high-potential accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ignite value-driven discussions around Adobe Digital Media solutions, including Creative Cloud, Adobe Sign, and Stock.
- Foster strong connections with SMB customers across North America and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
- Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth.
- Manage pipeline effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and updated on account progress.
- Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to discover potential expansion opportunities.
- Assist customers with subscription-related challenges and provide proactive support.
- Collaborate with internal experts to enhance customer solutions and address technical or operational issues.
- Focus on achieving Marketing Qualified Lead targets within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven track record in managing a large set of SMB accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end SaaS sales or customer success roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for technology and delivering value-oriented sales solutions.
- Proactive, task-focused approach to learning and executing responsibilities.
- Experience in international sales, preferably targeting North American customers.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Exclusions:
- Experience limited to Ed-tech, lead generation, onboarding, renewals, or domestic-only exposure is not considered.
