Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback
- Track product usage and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and adoption
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights and requirements
- Assist in creating and improving customer success processes, playbooks, and documentation
- Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion
- Advocate customer needs internally to enhance product and service quality
- Promote and contribute to a customer-centric organizational culture
